About IIHRPA

Our Story

A platform built for industry and HR, together

The Indian Industries & HR Professionals Alliance (IIHRPA) is a registered trust founded in 2014 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We exist to close the distance between industry leadership and human resource practice — two functions that shape the Indian workplace but too often work in isolation from one another.

Our members span manufacturing, services, technology and public-sector enterprises, alongside HR practitioners, consultants and academics. Through chapter meetings, seminars, and an annual alliance summit, we create a recurring space where operational leaders and people-leaders solve problems together rather than in separate rooms.

Every initiative we run — from skill-development workshops to recognition programmes — is guided by the same conviction that opened our founding meeting in 2014: that a business is only as strong as the people practices behind it, and that industry associations have a duty to invest in both.

Today, IIHRPA chapters operate across multiple states, connecting a growing community of members who believe collaboration, transparency and continuous learning are what “Inspiring Values” means in practice.
